The “Refined Integrated Health Open House & Giveaway Event” (the “Event”) is sponsored and administered by Refined Integrated Health Inc. (“Sponsor”).

2. Event Overview
The Sponsor will host a public Open House event on:
Saturday, May 30, 2026
11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Pacific Time
At:
Refined Integrated Health
305–2121 160th Street
Surrey, British Columbia
The Event may include:
- Clinic tours
- Community partner showcases
- Promotional giveaways
- Attendance prize draws
- Instagram giveaway promotions
- Complimentary mini sessions
- Food and refreshments
- Educational demonstrations
- Wellness-related activities
By attending the Event or participating in any giveaway, attendees agree to these Official Terms and Conditions.
3. Eligibility
Unless otherwise stated, giveaways and promotional draws are open only to legal residents of British Columbia, Canada who have reached the age of majority in British Columbia at the time of entry.
Employees, contractors, practitioners, sponsors, representatives, immediate family members, and household members of Refined Integrated Health Inc. and participating giveaway partners are not eligible to win.
Void where prohibited by law.
4. No Purchase Necessary
No purchase or payment is necessary to attend the Event or enter any giveaway or promotional draw.
Making a purchase, booking a service, or joining the email list does not increase odds of winning unless specifically stated in a separate giveaway entry process.
5. Attendance Giveaway Entries
Certain giveaway packages may require in-person attendance at the Open House event.
Eligible attendees may receive one or more entry ballots upon:
- Attending the Event
- Completing an event entry form
- Scanning designated event QR codes
- Participating in approved activities during the Event
The Sponsor reserves the right to determine final eligibility for all entries.
Limit of one base entry per person per giveaway unless otherwise stated.
6. Instagram Giveaway Entries
Separate giveaway promotions may also be conducted through Instagram.
For social media giveaways, entrants may be required to:
- Follow @refined.integrated.health
- Like a designated giveaway post
- Tag other Instagram users in the comments
- Join the Sponsor’s email list
- Share content to Stories
Specific entry requirements for each social media giveaway will be stated in the applicable giveaway post.
Instagram giveaways are separate from in-person attendance giveaways unless otherwise stated.
7. Giveaway Packages and Prizes
The Event may include multiple giveaway packages and prizes supplied by Refined Integrated Health and participating community partners.
Prizes may include, but are not limited to:
- Gift cards
- Wellness experiences
- Fitness memberships
- Pilates or training sessions
- Float sessions
- Restaurant experiences
- Spa or beauty services
- Rehabilitation or wellness sessions
- Event tickets
- Promotional products
- Other donated or purchased items
Approximate retail values are estimates only and may change.
The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize, or portion of a prize, with another prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be exchanged for cash unless required by law.
8. Complimentary Mini Sessions
The Event may include complimentary wellness mini sessions with participating practitioners.
Mini sessions:
- Are limited in availability
- Are offered on a first-come, first-served basis unless otherwise specified
- Are informational and promotional in nature
- Do not establish an ongoing practitioner-patient relationship
- Are not intended to diagnose, treat, or replace medical care
Participants acknowledge that participation in mini sessions is voluntary and at their own risk.
The Sponsor reserves the right to modify, cancel, or limit mini sessions at any time.
9. Winner Selection
Winners for applicable giveaways will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received.
Draw dates may occur:
- During the Open House event
- Following the Event
- On a later announced date depending on the specific giveaway structure
The Sponsor reserves the right to combine, reschedule, or modify draw timelines if necessary.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
10. Winner Notification
Selected entrants may be contacted by:
- Telephone
- Instagram direct message
- In-person announcement at the Event
Potential winners may be required to:
- Respond within a specified timeframe
- Verify eligibility
- Correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question
- Sign and return a declaration and release form
If a selected entrant:
- Cannot be contacted
- Does not respond within the required timeframe
- Fails the skill-testing question
- Is found ineligible
- Violates these Official Terms
the Sponsor may disqualify that entrant and select an alternate winner.
11. Participating Businesses
Certain prizes may be supplied by third-party businesses or community partners.
Participating businesses are not responsible for the administration of the Event or giveaways unless otherwise stated.
Prize fulfillment may be subject to the individual policies, availability, scheduling requirements, terms, and restrictions of the participating business.
The Sponsor is not responsible for:
- Expired services
- Scheduling conflicts
- Changes in business operations
- Service availability
- Business closures
- Additional restrictions imposed by prize providers
12. Photography and Media Release
By attending the Event, attendees acknowledge and agree that photographs and video recordings may be taken during the Event.
Attendees grant Refined Integrated Health Inc. permission to use photographs, video footage, likenesses, names, and social media handles for:
- Promotional purposes
- Social media content
- Website content
- Marketing materials
- Future advertising
without compensation unless prohibited by law.
Attendees who do not wish to appear in photos or videos should notify Event staff upon arrival.
13. Assumption of Risk
Attendees voluntarily assume all risks associated with attending the Event and participating in activities, demonstrations, mini sessions, or prize-related experiences.
Attendees are responsible for their own health conditions, limitations, and participation decisions.
14. Limitation of Liability
By attending the Event or participating in any giveaway, entrants agree that Refined Integrated Health Inc., participating businesses, sponsors, practitioners, volunteers, contractors, employees, and representatives shall not be liable for:
- Injury
- Illness
- Allergic reactions
- Loss
- Theft
- Damage
- Delayed prize fulfillment
- Technical failures
- Event cancellation
- Any claim arising from participation in the Event or acceptance or use of any prize
Participation is at the attendee’s own risk.
15. Food and Allergies
Food and refreshments may be available during the Event.
The Sponsor does not guarantee allergen-free food preparation environments and is not responsible for allergic reactions or dietary-related issues.
Attendees are responsible for verifying ingredients and exercising personal caution.
16. Event Changes or Cancellation
The Sponsor reserves the right to:
- Modify Event programming
- Change giveaway structures
- Adjust draw dates
- Substitute prizes
- Limit attendance
- Cancel or postpone the Event
for any reason including weather, operational issues, safety concerns, low attendance, or circumstances beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control.
17. Privacy
Personal information collected during the Event or through giveaway entries may be used for:
- Event administration
- Prize fulfillment
- Marketing communications
- Email newsletters
- Future promotional communications
Participants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
18. Instagram Disclaimer
Instagram and Meta are not sponsors of this Event or any giveaway associated with it.
This Event and its giveaways are in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta.
19. Governing Law
These Official Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
20. Acceptance of Terms
By attending the Event, participating in any giveaway, submitting an entry, or accepting a prize, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Official Terms and Conditions.
