1. Sponsor

The “Coming Soon Giveaway” (the “Contest”) is sponsored and administered by Refined Integrated Health Inc., 302-2121 160th Street, Surrey, BC (the “Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

The Contest is open only to residents of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, who have reached the age of majority in BC at the time of entry.

Employees, representatives, and agents of the Sponsor, as well as members of their immediate families and persons with whom they are domiciled, are not eligible to enter.

3. Contest Period

The Contest begins on February 15, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time and ends on March 31, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time (the “Contest Period”).

Entries submitted before or after the Contest Period will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter

No purchase necessary.

Base Entry (Required)

To receive one (1) base entry during the Contest Period:

• Visit the Contest entry page at https://refinedintegratedhealth.com/
• Complete the entry form by providing:
  • First and last name
  • A valid email address
  • Instagram handle (optional; required only for bonus entry verification)
• Confirm that you have read and agree to these Official Rules
• Provide consent to receive marketing emails from Refined Integrated Health (you may unsubscribe at any time)

Limit of one (1) base entry per person during the Contest Period.

Bonus Entry via Instagram (Optional)

Participants who have an Instagram account may receive one (1) additional entry by completing all of the following actions during the Contest Period:

• Follow the Sponsor’s Instagram account @refined.integrated.health
• Like the official Contest post
• Comment on the official Contest post and tag at least one other Instagram user

To receive the bonus entry, the Instagram handle used for these actions must match the Instagram handle provided on the entry form. If no Instagram handle is provided, or if the required actions are incomplete, the bonus entry will not be counted.

No Instagram account is required to receive the base entry.

Any attempt to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple email addresses, Instagram accounts, identities, or automated or fraudulent methods may result in disqualification.

5. Prize

There are twelve (12) prizes available to be won. Each prize consists of one (1) gift card to a participating local business.

Prize breakdown:

• Five (5) $50 CAD gift cards to Ignite Pizzeria
• Five (5) $50 CAD gift cards to Those Indian Guys
• One (1) $250 CAD gift card to Afghan Kitchen
• One (1) $250 CAD gift card to Wooden Spoon Co.

All prizes are located in the Surrey, British Columbia area (each, a “Prize”).

The total approximate retail value (ARV) of all Prizes is $1,000 CAD.

Each Prize must be accepted as awarded and is non-transferable. Prizes may not be exchanged for cash or any other substitute, except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a Prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

6. Winner Selection

On or about April 1, 2026, in Surrey, British Columbia, the Sponsor will randomly select twelve (12) potential winners from among all eligible entries received during the Contest Period.

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Notification and Verification

Selected entrants will be contacted by email at the address provided on the entry form within 24 hours of the draw.

The Sponsor may use the Instagram handle provided on the entry form to verify completion of any bonus entry actions.

To be confirmed as a winner, a selected entrant may be required to:

• Respond to the email notification within 24 hours
• Correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question
• Complete, sign, and return a declaration of eligibility and liability/publicity release, if requested

If a selected entrant fails to meet any of the above requirements, they may be disqualified and an alternate entrant may be randomly selected.

8. Personal Information and Privacy

By entering the Contest, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information by Refined Integrated Health for the purposes of:

• Administering the Contest
• Verifying eligibility and entries
• Contacting entrants
• Adding you to the Sponsor’s email list for marketing communications

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at [Privacy Policy URL].

9. Publicity

By accepting a prize, the winner agrees that Refined Integrated Health Inc. may use their name, Instagram handle, and city/province of residence for promotional purposes, without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.

10. General Conditions

The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify, or suspend the Contest, or to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.

11. Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree that Refined Integrated Health Inc. and its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the Contest or the use of any Prize.

12. Instagram Disclaimer

This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. Instagram is completely released from all liability by each entrant.

13. Governing Law

These Official Contest Rules are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
