At Refined Integrated Health, we believe that great health is closely connected to strong communities. To mark the beginning of this new chapter, we are excited to launch our Coming Soon Giveaway, featuring $1,000 in local gift cards to some fantastic restaurants right here in our community.
This giveaway is our way of saying thank you to the community while also inviting people to learn more about Refined Integrated Health and the services we will soon be offering.

Known for its generous portions and memorable flavours, it’s a destination for those who appreciate authentic, comforting meals.
Wooden Spoon Co.
Wooden Spoon Co. offers thoughtfully prepared meals made with quality ingredients and a focus on wholesome, satisfying flavours. With a menu that emphasizes fresh, comforting dishes and a welcoming dining experience, it has become a favourite spot for locals looking for great food in a relaxed setting.
In total, twelve prizes will be awarded, giving multiple people the chance to enjoy some of the best food our local community has to offer.
The prize breakdown includes:
- Five (5) $50 gift cards to Ignite Pizzeria
- Five (5) $50 gift cards to Those Indian Guys
- One (1) $250 gift card to Afghan Kitchen
- One (1) $250 gift card to Wooden Spoon Co.
Altogether, the giveaway has a total value of $1,000 in local gift cards.
How to Enter
Entering the giveaway is simple and free.
To receive your base entry, visit the Refined Integrated Health website and join our email list through the contest entry form. Once you complete the form and confirm your agreement to the official contest rules, you will automatically receive one entry into the draw.
Joining our email list also allows us to keep you informed about our clinic opening, services, and future updates. You may unsubscribe from our emails at any time.
Bonus Entry on Instagram
Participants who use Instagram can receive one additional bonus entry by completing the following steps:
- Follow @refinedintegratedhealth
- Like the official contest post
- Comment on the post and tag at least one friend
If you include your Instagram handle in the entry form, we can verify these actions and apply the bonus entry. Instagram participation is completely optional, and you can still enter the giveaway even if you do not have an Instagram account.
Contest Dates
The Coming Soon Giveaway runs from:
February 15, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. (Pacific Time)
to
March 31, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. (Pacific Time)
All entries must be received within this time period to be eligible.
On April 1, 2026, twelve potential winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries.
Winner Selection
Winners will be chosen through a random draw conducted in Surrey, British Columbia. Selected entrants will be contacted by email within 24 hours of the draw.
As required by Canadian contest regulations, winners will also need to correctly answer a short mathematical skill-testing question to confirm eligibility.
